Did we ever get any way to update the encyclopedia?

Still waiting on previous season files.   Maybe I'll get looking at it next week when I'm back on night shifts.

Rosters are now unlocked, but no transactions will be processed until after Rule V Draft has concluded.

All rules still apply, like waiver claim periods, and trade review times.

Feel free to post.

They're posted in each forum.

I believe its decline for options, and accept for arby.

So all players who had options that no one mentioned accept or declined were all moved to FA. There were quit a few names.

I added the deadline for FA nominations on March 2nd, the same deadline for QOs.

So, as you comb the rosters, and look for potential FAs, that'll be our drop dead date for them.

If a player isn't listed as a FA once the deadline passes, they will not be allowed to be bid on.

FYI- We're working hard on getting the LTC numbers released by the end of the day tomorrow, so you're not refreshing all day long.

If there are any delays beyond tomorrow night, we'll make an announcement ASAP.

Thanks.

Hey everyone, just an announcement on LTCs.

I'm hoping to crank through them today, and have them up in the next couple of hours.  Sorry for the slight delay

The EC is still working out the LTC numbers, and they will be up no later then tomorrow.

Once the numbers are finalized, Daryl will make an announcement.

Thanks for your patience.

In the last two days, we have received zero new FA bids.  That means our FA period is officially over.

We will make an announcement regarding any FAs who are left soon.

From this point on, all FAs will be signed to a one year, 750K deal with no option.  They count towards your 40 man roster, and have zero options.  All FA signings are on a first come, first serve basis, by posting them in the pending transactions forum.

You may still sign a player to a minor league contract (MLC), but you must specify it.  All rules still apply.  3 MLCs allowed per team, and all players count towards 40 man with no options.

On Monday 3/18 @ 12 PM EST, you may begin posting signings if you so choose to do so.

Just a couple reminders here.

April 1st is the deadline for accepting LTCs.  You may accept up to two this year, and no more than 5 on your team at any single time.

Also, we don't yet know when Dan will send out the final sheet and more importantly, when DMB will get the 2019 projection disk out.

When that date is known, please keep in mind that our sim deadline (and the option waivers before it), is a floating deadline.

What that means is there's no point in waiting to run the first sim a month, or 2 weeks or whatever, if we don't have to.

We'd still have to build all the rosters after the release, get everyone to turn in their DCs/MPs, run the option waivers, and work on Mark's schedule, but just keep in mind that we will move up that part of the schedule if we can.

Lastly, b/c our season always starts after MLB's regular season, Mark will eventually post a schedule to run two sims per week until we're caught up.  So, if we start a month behind, it'll essentially take us a month to get fully caught up, and then we'd sim once a week after that.

Thanks everyone, and best of luck this year as our offseason winds down.

Until we actually get the projection disk, consider all upcoming deadlines to be delayed until further notice.

We'll update everyone, and get ample time once we have a better grasp on how the rest of the offseason, leading up to option waivers, setting your active rosters, turning in MPs/DCs, etc.
